Due to the recent improvement in customer service I’ve changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Great work. Thanks for listening. A shoutout to star employee Olivia who always treats me and my daughter really well, and exemplifies good customer service with everyone she serves. Part of old review (I’ve omitted a couple paragraphs that are no longer applicable): My daughter and I have been going here for about 5 years during our Sunday Daddy/Daughter day shop. The new renovation looks great. The coffee, by Blackboard, is delicious, and my daughter loves the macaroons. - my old review spoke about the price increases and the decrease of sizes to donuts and pastries. But they’ve added some delicious new items though, like the yummy cinnamon scroll. My daughters loves the macaroons and cupcakes. The customer service has gone from a 3 to a 5, with consistent friendliness from everyone. This is a good place to stop for a quick coffee and snack before or after a grocery shop, or for a takeaway coffee. There is usually plenty of seating and the line during peak hours is worth it.

I’ve only had coffee here a couple of times but it’s been the absolute best by far. Great service too. The danishes are delicious I’ll be back for sure.

The Girl serving today deserves 5 stars. It was quite busy and she handled herself and customers well. It was a long wait to just grab a cupcake for my kid and I could tell she was feeling the pressure with the long line up while still preparing food/drinks but she done well.

Always come the Mark Daniel’s Robina. Always the best number 1 service. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Coffee is made just right as we order it. The yummy food is always good quality.

I have been coming here for years. I love the staff - they’re so lovely and welcoming. They use Blackboard Coffee, which I love, and have some gun baristas who are super friendly and always up for a chat. I get a coffee most mornings before work. The latte art is always insane - there’s one guy there who serves up cool designs all the time. My favourite thing though is the butter croissants - warmed slightly. DELICIOUS. Definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

I just had an amazing, delicious and hot coffee. Served by a really friendly staff: 1 boy and 2 girls, all nice and smiling in the morning! What a good experience. They have a new loyalty customer now :) thank you guys! I will be back tomorrow!

Today with a very heavy heart I needed a coffee, I was distraught as my friend is dying in ICU. Nakisha, noticed I was crying and so kindly gave me a complimentary cappuccino. Then the manager prayed with me as both staff are beautiful Christians! Thank you I’m a regular there and the food and coffee is fabulous.
